I ran into this gentleman this afternoon at the Central Station in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The business-casual look with the hat and his linen jacket are reflecting his desire for summer!! The weather in the Netherlands is a topic that all the Dutchies love to hate on most of the time. But not when the sun’s out. Great shirt and jacket combination!
